What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, undamaged products within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, give us a call or email us and we'll provide you with return instructions. Return shipping charges will apply. If your order was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately to avoid shipping charges, we will provide instructions.
What are your shipping charges and methods?
We ship out orders to the United States using UPS. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and distance from our warehouse in Saratoga Springs, New York

We accept credit card payments and Paypal.
How long will delivery take?
We typically ship out orders within 1-2 business days. We will inform you as soon as we ship out your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order ID. If you created a customer account on our website, you will also be able to access your order history and check on the status of your order.
